Air Jacks

Anybody know where to get those air jacks used for single seaters? The ones which have an air cylinder and you connect to air, flick a valve and they lift the car about 18" high, a jack at each end, of course.

Thanks Jim. Unfortunately these aren't the type I'm looking for. If I'm right these are for mounting on a car. The ones I want are a sort of upright trolley/frame with a cylinder mounted vertically. When you put air on, the cylinder extends and the car, which is located externally front and rear, is lifted.

Keep a look out for teams that are closing down. Theres plenty of them at the moment. Also check out www.bid4raceparts.com and www.racecarsdirect.com

and check out some of the championship websites, they often have for sale sections

(I'm not directly involved so this is just what I have seen. )

Aren't these trollies just a car jack mounted upside-down on a framework and mounting hardware to engage with a suitable bracket on the car?

Try these people

Interspares 01784 477908. I know they sell this type of air jack. They only export parts but I am sure they will put you in contact with the manufacturer of them who I know are in the UK. Ask for John Buck and tell him Jim from Lifeline has put you in contact.
