The Pacific Ocean is full of small islands, that are tourist hotspots, such as Hawaii, and then there are islands that don't have much infrastructure, such as New Calendonia. I think that it would be a good idea to have a racetrack on one of these islands. Tracks can be either permanent or street circuits, and they have to be located on a Pacific Island.

Does Taiwan constitute a "Pacific Island"? If so, a street circuit around Taipei 101 and the Taipei World Trade Center would be epic!

Asian cities aren't nearly as pretty in the day as they are at night, with the possible exception of Tokyo, and Taipei is no exception... rather uninspiring other than the CBD. However, a night race would suit it perfectly.

Yes that would be OK. Anything east of the Asian/Australian Coast, and west of the North American/South American coast.
