I'm just back from a fortnight in the US and was impressed by the styling levels of the Chrysler/Dodge range. Good stuff. Even Nissan has a decent looking car in the US. The Ford lightening pick-up was mental.
But car-wise, my over-riding memory of my holiday will be driving past a Pontiac dealer in Madison and seeing a row of four Aztecs. Good Lord they're horrendous. I mean, in this day and age, focus groups are meant to filter out this kind of ****. I thought instantly of the Simpsons episode where Homer designed a car for his brothers car company. Utterly Insane. To be honest, I thought at first that they were prototypes kitted out with the disguises you see in sneak photos in magazines. Alas, no.
As for the Multipla, I think it's kind of alright. It certainly appears to be selling fairly well.
