The thing is Hep, the nominated drivers change. That's the beauty of the series. There's no point in designing the car just for one driver when they may not be driving at the second round. Of course, you allow for as large a range of permuations as possible, but that's all you can do - otherwise the really short drivers might struggle (no abuse to yourself intended, for once )

Ferrari is not in charge of the design.

John Travis es the person in charge of the redesign of the car.

N.A.D.R., not going to tell you. If we say yes then you will follow up with multiple posts saying how Ricciardo or Antunes are brilliant and the only possible choices for Team Australia rookies.

Some teams may not do rookie sessions at Chengdu or Sepang yet as the big bowl of spare parts isn't filled yet.

And I say Leanne Tander as rookie Kiwi3

In any case, Alan Jones has already said that Australia will not be using a rookie at Chengdu due to not having many spare parts - too much danger that the rookie might put the car in a wall.

Not sure however if a rookie would put the car in a wall any more often than John Martin does!

Is there a definitive list of countries (I wouldn't expect drivers names yet) for Chengdu?

Hope there parts supplies improve by next week as Mexico, GBR and India were sent incomplete, and other cars were sent still damaged from Zandvoort as spares not available as parts suppliers not payed up. They really need to get finaces sorted soon.

Hmmm.. most of the "damaged" cars have allready been running during the tests at Silverstone, so it's probably only Italy and/ or South Africa.

Add Dennis Retera as rookie for team Netherlands

Also Lebanon did not run and heard that it was sent on 3 corners.. Also told that China only ran after lots of parts taken from other cars toget it running as A1's arm was twisted by China race threats. Lets see how it stands in China. Cars were also impounded after Zandvoort by transport company for a week until they were paid, which is why some tests did not go ahead. Loads of rumors about talks with new finacial partners which would be great news (desperately needed) for all. Lets hope that A1 manages to sort this out as it would be tragic if it failed due to irresponsible managment decisions, just when A1 was starting to become viable!!

The feeling regarding last season's India livery was that it looked great when standing still but did not show up well on TV.

sounds like why the Dutch one is orange again

Now we have 3 white/ red/ green cars though: Mexico, Italy and Lebanon.. they are hardest to tell apart.
