It's a shame that drivers' helmets change because of team sponsorship and so on...isn't Alonso's helmet changing as well? As long as they let Hamilton have his nice yellow one though

I think just the helmet itself looks a bit ugly.

I really like the Stand21 helmets, was going to buy one of those myself, the one(s) that Fisi wears (or used to wear).

I will look weird saying this, but when I was a little kid I was into Power Rangers and at christmas I'd be bombarded with a fake Power Ranger figure or two from a distant relative. You know, the unofficial rubbish imitation stuff seen on markets and pound shops.

Well, these fake Power Rangers had helmets like this new Kimi helmet both in shape and decoration. This is very much bad news for Kimi, who probably thinks his new helmet is snazzy when in fact it's pretty damn nasty.

good call with the 80's Mclaren call.

this helmet (and the white upside down triangle deal) in the all red car seems to me done for Marlboro. with kimi in the car it will look just like a cig pack.

i like it though

Looks quite similar in a way to this one from a previous Ferrari driver. Not very original, really. But then, Michael's wasn't all that fancy either. At least Felipe has a nicer one, IMHO.

Can I ask what was happening in the side view pic, some sort of driver race...?!

Like the rear view though, simple but looks classy - shame we won't often see it.
