Henk actually crashed his spare car yesterday and was running his racecar today - though he was in the gravel as was Klaas and someone else... Arbadzhiev cooked the clutch on his WSbR, i understand TopSpeed are trying to fix the car for tomorrow... other than that, nice grid still...nothing to complain really |

Interesting to see Arabadzhiev on the grid! I'm sure many of his countrymen wish he was in F2 in Kralev's place, but this is a good way of gaining experience in a powerful car.

Be interesting to see how far amongst the more powerful cars he can get? |

Any particular reason so many ended up in the gravel, is it slippery or just over-exuberance? I'm looking forward to seeing it on telly, any idea when that will be? |

BOSS GP 2010

Basically similar numbers as EuroBOSS? Did you mean EuroBOSS in the past or 2010? 16/17 cars were the best (and our wish-) grids in the last EB years and that only one time a year at Spa (or Donington 2008)! Result - Race 1 1. Klaas Zwart 2. Arnold Wagner 3. Ingo Gerstl 4. Henk de Boer 5. Michael Woodcock 6. Johnny Laursen 7. Abba Kogan 8. Carlos Antunes Tavares 9. Philippe Bourgois 10. Henry Büttner 11. Peter Randlshofer 12. Alain DeBlandre 13. Jean-Claude Monbaron 14. Marijn van Kalmthout 15. Garry Woodcock 16. Norbert Gruber not start Vladimir Arabadzhiev (unfortunately, the car could be not fixed, out for the weekend) Marijn was for the first 8 laps the leader of the race but then I understand he had a problem with his battery/accu. A late entry of Arnold Wagner with a Arrows A22 3.0l V10 Asiatech ended on a fantastic 2nd place overall. Normally all cars should be ready for tomorrow's race 2. *fingers crossed* Christian BOSS GP http://www.autosport.nl/news/20156/d...p_%281%29.html |

So Vlado won't be driving tomorrow? It'd be shame, because he's simply learning the track... Good for him to start racing in multiple series for experience.

I think Christian it's about time you stopped having a go at anybody who dares to question your BOSS GP.
The fact is you have done quite well to get 16 cars to the first grid (3 more than EuroBOSS at HH two years ago) inc. 4 entries from the founder teams. However you need to lighten up, Peter Morley made a simple truthful observation that's all. Is BOSS GP a war against Roger Cowman? Anyway good luck to all the drivers tomorrow. to clarify the result...
12 cars finished the race...the others were dnf Arabadzhiev dns - cooking the clutch blued the crankshaft, engine rebuild needed Arnold already left HH and will not drive tomorrow |

Glad to hear you appreciate the comments, what you should also appreciate is that I was a fan of F1 type cars (and seeing them racing) long before I ever knew Roger. The fact is that despite the hype and increased financial input the grid was pretty much the same as before and no sign of the promised improvements. You can't compare to EuroBOSS 2010, simply because they haven't held any races yet and your later (half hearted hopefully) comment about a war against Roger would suggest a deliberate attempt to reduce their grids this year which might affect their grids as it could yours. Hopefully everything will go well today. Peter |

BOSS GP 2010
Some people want not understand me, therefore I have today decided for me that I will not longer post here (no results, no reports, no news, no entry lists...)!
Possibly I will be back sometimes if I see things which are completely wrong or untrue or out of any reality as we could read it very often in the last time in both BOSS threads from people who know (nearly) nothing about BOSS racing, the BOSS scene and particularly the (currently still existing) two BOSS series. Thanks to all of you who have appreciated my work in this forum for EuroBOSS and BOSS GP! Take care! Christian BOSS GP |

Christian must be French then!
On a serious note I agree with benjabulle your work is appreciated here. Mr driftwood is now banned for life so your main tormenter is gone and I hope if you don't chose to come back that Michael Zele will post info and results for us. |

Indeed, this is the only place where we can find some more info on the BOSS GP. Christian, i think deciding getting a way from here is a wrong one....

Yes, please come back Christian!
This forum is the only place to read about the races (BOSS GP or EuroBOSS) and these fantastic cars and it is extremely helpful to have your reports and have you here to answer questions. |

Christian how about you set up a Facebook page and post news and results there similar to what Michael has done with Euroboss? Any unwanted posts you can just delete!

Michael, I don't know, but I'm a bit concerned that rumour has it that Christian is trying to arrange a BOSS GP round in Poland.
