Why not Skoda on the side? It's not a conflict of interest because the Skoda that sponsors Charouz is the rail transport manufacturing concern rather than the automobile manufacturer owned by VAG, as far as I am aware.

Sure kicks the Peugeot in aesthetics. Though the Lolas were always the best open cars too so it's only natural

Is it just me or does the Lola rear wing chord look smaller on this car?

It would be great to see Aston Martin Racing go to the Nurburgring 24hrs with two factory backed Vantage GT2s built to the race regs like the Porsches. It wont happen but just imagine if Aston Martin beat Porsche in their own backyard!

If you were English you'd know why any self respecting Englishman wouldn't want the name Skoda on the side of a Lola/AM!

A few jokes from the preVAG days might explain it a bit;-

Why do they put heated rear windows in Skoda's? To keep your hands warm when you are trying to push start them in the winter.

How do you double the value of a Skoda? Fill the tank.

Whats the difference between a skip and a Skoda convertable? Nothing Leave the Skoda outside your house with the top down and you'll soon find your neighbours filling it with their old junk.

Check out the door on the thing. I suppose Peugeot tested the rules in scrutineering and thus clarified it last year. IIRC there was some contention over the Pug doors.

Is that a one piece door? From memory doesn't the Pug have a two piece door? An upper and lower part?

Indeed, i agree. Even i an Aston Martin hater agree that thing look amazing! Hopefully the livery won't ruin it. Any news of when the livery will be unvailed? And what do you think it will be like? The last year's livery?
