Anglesey Winter meeting 30 November 2014

I'm making the long trek "up North" for the winter meeting at Anglesey on 30 November. 4 qualifying sessions and 8 races (Irish Global lights, Winter Sports, Saloons & Caterham Series, Winter Formula Ford Series and Winter Enduro Series) Always a great event. Who else is attending?

Its being organised by Paul and Adam Levitt / Pit Stop Cafe. I'll check with Paul tonight and see if they have a capacity limit for the dinner. Its a 3 course meal with 3 choices of each course plus mince pies, after dinner coffee and a drink for £20. Choices have to be booked a number of days prior to the meal.

Please note the deadline date and time above. The price for the dinner, £20, also includes a drink

Naff Christmas jumpers should be worn to the dinner. The naffer the better! Dont worry about being embarassed, we stand around wearing bright orange every weekend!

The entry list can be found here - http://www.brscc.co.uk/assets/angles...-entrylist.pdf

The numbers dont look too bad:-
Irish Global lights / RT Supercars - 14 (7 of each)
Sports cars, Saloons and Caterhams - 15
Formula Fords - 16
Enduro - 7

The Enduro sometimes gets additional last minute entries from the Sports cars, Saloons and Caterham races.

The entry list for the Marshals Christmas dinner on Saturday evening is also not too bad, 30 marshals / partners at the last count. Hope you've all bought those naff Christmas Jumpers! and for those that haven't

Did you send an email as per # 12? If you did you should have had a confirmation email back from the organisers. Confirmation email = going No confirmation email = not going!

Yum, Yum. Thanks, guys.

I shall try to be as disreputable as usual but with Denise nearby I may have to rein in some of my more engaging eccentricities.

Just to add our best wishes to everyone as well as a trip to Anglesey is, alas, not possible.

It took us a long while to make it there, at which point we wondered why it had taken so long, and then we made sure we did at least one meeting a year and made a bit of a holiday out of it. And now we can't even manage that. So not "Bah Humbug", just "Bah Health" (grump).

Hope the weather isn't too bad for you all and that you all enjoy the Christmas dinner. All the best.
