ETCC Racing Simulation needs technical information

Hi all,

I'm a member of the Racesims Revolution modding group and we are currently developing an ETCC racing simulation. Once finished it will be released as a mod based on the game engine of "F1 Challenge 99-02". The mod will be free of charge and our aim is to create the most realistic touring car racing simulation possible. It looks really promising since most of our members are very talented and experienced when it comes to modding racing simulations. There are also some real touring car drivers who help us with the car physics (i.e. make the cars handle as realistic as possible) but even after contacting several of the ETCC teams we're still struggling to find all the technical information we need.

Does anyone know the front/rear weight distribution and/or the height of the center of gravity of the following cars (if you don't know the weight distribution of the ETCC cars, the weight distribution of the street car would also be great help)? I have been told that the center of gravity for the BMW 320i E36 running in the russian touring cars series is located about 17,5 to 18 inch above the ground.

Alfa 156 GTA
BMW 320i E46
Seat Toledo Cupra
Volvo S60
Honda Civic Type-R
Skoda Superb (hope we will see it in real ETCC soon)
BMW 320i E36 Supertouring
Audi A4

We're also looking for engine torque curves, aerodynamics data, suspension specs, inertia values and things like that of current ETCC cars. If anyone here in this forum can help us with technical information and/or tell us where we can find that information we would appreciate that.

If you're further interested in our project, please take a look here:

Welcome to the Forum.

We have several members who would probably have the knowledge that you need.

I think you should get in touch with Garry Woodcock, he runs a Nissan Primera in the Formula Saloons championship here in the UK. They have an Audi A4 in that series, and he could help you contact the owner, Steve Hirst.
I think there will be Giovanardi's '99 Alfa 156 coming out in the champioship soon too.
