I'm a dario fan and believe it or not was happy for him to get the penalty for the move on Will but if you can't be consistent with the penalties for racing incidents then fair play for the retraction.
See Tagliani on Will, that deserves a penalty as there was no hope in hell in that working or PT earlier. Apparently indycar twitter says no penalty was ever issued? |

this isn't the best track for side by side restarts, very awkward to line them up and with all the discarded rubber it would screw up whoever gets shoved onto the right hand side.
