pv27uk should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Reading another post has reminded me about Kieth O'dor's giant roll in the '92 TOCA Shootout, when his Primera cleared the fence.

I was just wondering - I have a video with a quick clip of it on, but does anybody know if there is a site I could download a video of it from? Or a site with photos of it?

Sites with any motor racing video clips on would also be much appreciated. Thanks.

The only footage of the Kieth O'dor shunt at Donington that I've ever seen was from the BBC highlights of the race and was a mixture of amateur video footage and some in-car stuff from both Kieth's car and those ahead of and behind him if I remember correctly.
I can't remember whether I 've ever seen any good photos- I was there with a camera but missed it, as I was the wrong side of Starkey's Bridge so only saw him going off the track, but not actually clearing the fence. It was a hell of a lucky escape...

Thanks for that. I have seen the BBC footage, with the camera at the bottom of the Craners, and a few different angles. It was amazing seeing the marshall's reaction to the Primera flying over the barrier towards them.

It was an amazing escape, definitely one of the most dramatic accidents I have ever seen.

Russell Spences jump over the Oulton fence in 99' was a lucky escape as well. I only saw it on the review I got a few weeks ago as they cut out 1999s round 9, remember? He nearly hit Menu then the Marshalls.

I can remember seeing the incar camera with Menu, and then suddenly Spence rushing through vision over the gravel into the tyres.

I saw a similar accident to Spence's in the Pirelli Porsche Cup in about 1994, when motoring journo John Barker launched his 968 over the tyres at that corner.

I've never seen anyone crash at that part of the Craners before like Kieth did though.

I remember in '89 or '90, an F3 car cleared the catch-fencing at the chicane at Thruxton.
I know its not Touring cars, but it was scarey seeing it.

Thompson came close at Brands last year.......

Marcel Albers was tradegicaly killed in the Thruxton incident, extremely unlucky and a waste of a future star.

Thompson certainly lucky not to go into the trees, as were the cameramen!!!

How about Webber / Dumbreck off good and proper at Le Mans?? How they let that Mercedes flip 4 times, I shall never know - perhaps they should have listened to Mr Newey!

Back in the summer of '89, I had to duck out of the way of a Ford Granada that cleared the spectator fencing at Bovingdon stock car track.

I can still visualise it like it was in slow motion as it arced past "Cor, no wonder they're racing this - that floorpan's awfully rusty..."
