Kent 1600 8v F.Ford primary pipe diameter????

can someone tell me the exhaust primary pipe diameter used on the latest spec of the old 1600 Kent formula ford 8 valve engines, I'm told a good one produces about 110Bhp, I'm thinking thay are all 4-1 systems, it will be either:-

1-3/8" (34.9mm)
1-1/2" (38.1mm)
1-5/8" (41.2mm)

any help much appreciated

heel'n'toe-no has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Give us a clue which pipe that is and I'll go and measure it for you.

The exhaust primary pipe is the pipe that comes out of the head

Do you want internal or external diameter ?

"I'm told a good one produces about 110Bhp" - about right, depends who you talk to!

FF1600 and FFDuratec are all 4-1 systems

FFZetec (FF1800) uses the standard road car cast iron manifold

Internal dims I have - 1 and 3/8ths inches.
External dims I have - 1 and 1/2 inches.

If my maths is correct this means thhat the pipes are made from 1/16th metal........I'll have to go and have a lie down now....phew.

Hope this helps :-)
