Many thanks !
Looks like being the best VSCC racing entry for a long, long time. 6 Bugattis, Becquet Delage and Pacey Hassan in the Vintage Seaman! 10 ERAs and 4 Monoposto Alfas in the Historic Seaman! Wow ! |

Please excuse what I know could be construed as a shameless plug (I am on the organising team), but I prefer to think of making like minded enthusiasts aware of a great opportunity.
This is undoubtedly one of the best entries of VSCC cars seen for very many years and it absolutely should not be missed. In addition to the three grids already quoted, we have an excellent entry of Group C cars(over 20), full grids of pre-1961 GP cars and HGPCA pre-1966 GP cars, front engined FJs and 40 un-silenced 1950 racing motorcycles! Saturday afternoon sees 23 four car teams compete in the pre-war sports car relay race and there are Ferrari F1 demos all weekend featuring mid 70s to 2000+ Ferrari F1 cars. Full details on the programme are at www.see-red.uk.com Stuart Pringle VSCC |

Unfortunately I have had to give this one a miss in terms of an entry as See Red is sandwiched between two major events for me. However, it looks like being a fantastic event so hats-off to the VSCC. Well done to Stuart and his team. Elsewhere I have referenced the VSCC at Oulton Park. This looks as if it will be a regular outing for the Club and it may well be that the VSCC gets to Brands Hatch next season too. We really are fortunate in the UK to have such a depth of historic motorsport. Often when you have so many meetings the grids are impoverished. Not the case in the UK...See Red exemplifies this. Fantastic fields.

Taking my family along for this one, and really looking forward to a great day out. The entry is so strong in fact, might not be too much to choose between this day out and the trip to Goodwood the following weekend. Well done to all concerned, especially for gathering together all those 250Fs - thank you!

As good as I had hoped - the tent with the 250s in was worth going for alone. Hales was superb, and the programme was the one of the best I've ever got, especially for £5 inc. Motorsport mag. It is little things like that that keep people coming back for more. A shame more of the latter Ferraris did not make it out for the demo, but the cars that were out there put on a proper show.
