ok so Ive started a topic about on track activity ..what about off track activity..if we cant get more racing then what do you want to see ?

dancing girls and marching bands ??

no thanks that stuff (allthough not the girls ) bores me to tears.

Aerial displays ?
the one at Winton last year was fantastic but as that is very open you could see evrything..i believe Crash test mentioned in another thread about the aerial displays at the Gold Coast Indy event..with all the buildings around it would be fairly hard to see.

the VB challenge..that was the other thing i couldnt remember in my other thread...this is ok ..but after a while it gets a tad boring..if you have seen it once or twice then you dont really want to see it again...well i think so anyway.

the bandag bullet..havent seen this beast around for a while..now that is something I can watch all day unbelieveable.

course cars ??..seems to be endless amounts of them doing laps in between races.
has anyone ever seen one loose control..several have shot of at the old turn one at winton all crossed up which usually gets a big cheer from the crowd.

or do you prefer to head down to the pits?
I like the pits because you get to see whats going on and maybe have a chat to one or two drivers but im always thinking about what im missing on the track so spend very little time in there and rush back to my seat to see more racing (which is what i came for after all)

Crash Test should be qualifying in the top 5 on the gridCrash Test should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid
You do need breaks in the racing, even if it is just to eat something and empty ones bowles. Personally I would like to see longer race meeting, start 'em at 7:30am, and run 'em til it's dark. You make the effort to go all the way out to the track, why see as much as you can? Promoters would love the idea of having an extra category (means more entry fees, garaging fees etc), and if the racing is half all right, then the flaggys wont fall asleep.

Ditch the VB challenge, bring back the utes!!
