Well done Colin. If you sell it what would you buy?

Is this pre 63 sreies for just E Types or would it be all Jaguars?

I'll do some asking around re the Jag series. As I understand it, C, D, XK & Series 1 E's will be eligible but that's all I know at the moment.

I'd like to give single seaters a go before I get too decrepit, probably juniors, but an E type for the road is also on the list.

I haven't seen the official results but as the Europa finished 3rd overall,1st in class and the TVR 20th overall,3rd in class. I would imagine it went to Oliver Ford in the Lotus. There was a very cool TVR Tuscan running in the Guards Trophy.

Chatted to Oliver the day before at testing (I was not racing). Nice chap and a lovely car.
Happy Birthday by-the-way!

Colin won't you find a road going E a tad boring after racing? You'll be joining the cloth 'at brigade, bonnet up nursing a warm half of stout discussing cam shafts on club night every third Tuesday
