No idea, but probably just as expensive as any other racing series. Why don't you try the Legends web site and while on the subject of websites, when you redo yours for next year have you thought of losing the annoying logo that follows the curser around?

Legends are quite expensive initially - new ones are around 12-14k, freshly imported from the states, plus a few hundred quid's worth of UK regulation mods. They hold their values very well too, which means second-hand ones go for around 8-10k.

However, once that's out of the way, the running costs are surprisingly cheap. Assuming you don't bend anything, you can get away with just changing the oil on the car every couple of races.

Tyres will last a season, comfortably - in fact there are cars out there that have done a season and a half racing, and a few track days too, on the same set of tyres!

Engines - two types, the 1200 can be slightly modified, but provided they're not over-revved, the engine will last the season without being opened. The 1250 is a sealed unit, so probably only needs to be cracked open again every season to freshen the heads up a little.

Very cost-effective championship, and believe me, you get a lot of racing and excitement for your money
