Tim, you're question puzzled me for a while, until I remembered I've heard the name Flock before.
Looked up the name in a book about racing history and found Fonty and Tim Flock.
This led me to Ethel Flock, their sister.
Which led me to the 1948 Nascar season.
And there were the names of the other women you mentioned.
So, the answer is, they all raced in the 1948 Nascar season.
