No Wirdheim, no Lancaster. Wouldn't be surprised if there were major changes in the crew as well.

Edit - #33 pulling off track, #46 in the gravel hard at Luffield. Following this race is sheer pandemonium.

While I can understand why teams would try to ape Audi in order to look for success, I don't think the #3 LMP3 having one of its doors loose is quite the right way to go about it.

Dolan catching Barthez when they're both in clean air by 1+s/lap. The #23 & #38 should be together by the time the rain comes down...

Edit - Looks like my prediction might be spot on.

Spitting with rain now.

For some reason #96 Aston is 7-8 seconds a lap slower than the #99, I wonder if they have put Goethe in the car and not Stanaway as commentary suggested?

Dragonspeed LMP2 car looks like it has a brake problem.

Well this pace and format is pretty much what they were built for, as opposed to, say, taking decade-old chassis and constantly tinkering with them in order to meet the required performance envelope.

They've been a great addition to the race so far. Not without their own problems, but that's to be expected from relatively new cars in such a large number. Having as much runoff as Silverstone does has helped there as well.

Edit - Geirmaziak racing up to the back of Buret and Dolan. #38 looks to be hanging on for Dolan to do his time, but the tyres must be shot as he is closer to 2:00 times than 1:55.
