pirenzo should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid

New track - multipurpose test/racetrack

Multipurpose testing track. All tracks anti-clockwise.
Main racetrack starts on bottom straight, using chicane, south handling loop (2 degree banking), then half way down the back section, peeling off onto the outer circuit which includes a (very wide) kart track.
