Well, it seems now almost 100% certain that Brazil will again be the opening round of the championship next season, with the Canadian Grand Prix support slot also looking good. If the paddock whispers are true, then F3000 may even be heading for Malaysia - or maybe that will come in 2003.

Hey Spy,
Did you hear that FIA Formula 3000 International Championship might come to Montreal (Canada) in 2002 ? If that is true, boy will we have a great year, especially if the promised CART race will happen too! By the way, here are a couple of nice ones for you: http://www.danflag.qc.ca/2000/toronto/ http://www.danflag.qc.ca/2000/gp_aircanada/index_p.htm |

I would love to see an F3000 race in oz. But Albert Park only has one pit complex, so unfortunantly it won't happen.

Brazil as the opening round for 2002 is so certain that teams are already reserving hotels!! As for Canada, you should see this confirmed as a fixture for 2002 by the British Grand Prix. TRUST ME!!
