Ralt RT 34 Chassis Nº 837

Hello, a wonderful story forum, in Spain there is nothing like, congratulations.

Perhaps some of you can help me, a good friend of mine owns a RT 34, currently is restoring it and would like to know a little more about the history of this car, and that before his arrival in Spain we have no data.
The identification mark PLCA following:

March Ralt RT 34 N # 837

I hope anyone can help, thanks.

Hi,
your car was raced by Marc Hessel with some success in the German F3 championship in 1990.
It´s original colours were black with a dayglo yellow stripe along the nose. Beautiful looking car back then.

Don´t know where it went afterwards. Where did your friend acquired it?

Hello friend, thank you very much
Hessel think was who opened the chassis?
The car came to Spain to hand Jose Arnau, a Valencian rider of hillclimb, then passed to other pilots until my friend came Serantes, that is who has it now.
My friend has a front nose of lemon yellow, with stickers advertising in Italian, not if Hessel after the car would go to Italy.
You know what year it drove Hesse in Germany?
regards
If you want I can post pictures of my friend's car to this day.

Yes, Marc Hessel was the first driver of the car. He ran it in the German Championship in 1990.
Am I right in suggesting that your friends car is the yellow RT34 which was for sale about one year ago in Spain (Mallorca) and is currently in yellow with a non original raised nose?
If you want I can try to get in touch with Marc Hessel to ask him about his former car.
Pictures are always interesting.

The Mallorca Ralt Ralt was purchased in 1997 by some Albanians that were never compete with. The car now bought a collector of F3.
The former owner said it was the chassis No. 860 or No. 861.
