gregt should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Good to hear from you Flightlessbird. I heard at the weekend that Troy Chaplin had sold his RT34 but didn't know to whom. I would be very interested to make contact with the new owner/crew especially as there are only 2 RT34s in Aus. and from the same original team as well. I have almost completed the restoration on my Dallara F389 Alfa and will start on the Ralt as soon as that is completed. Still just researching history and gathering parts for the Ralt at this stage so the car is still in a fairly sad state at the moment. Good luck at Eastern Creek.

Good and bad at Eastern Creek

Problems to sort. Any chance of you sending your private email as I have some queries?

RT 34 Mugen Honda

Does anyone have any photos of a Honda engine installed in a Ralt Rt34 or similar?

RT34 - Purchased from WSR now currently in Scotland

Gregg,

A good friend of mine Graeme Sinclair has pointed me in the direction of this forum to seek advice.

I too have been seeking information for our Ralt RT34 car my late father bought some years ago ~ 2005. I will need to get the documents/receipts I have for the car to provide you with the info I have and hopefully someone can help me identify the car. It is in the Marlboro colours with some spares also. It currently has the VW Spiess 2.0 8v engine and has also been over hauled some years ago and hasn't been used for the past 7 years since our children came along. I am now getting some free time back to make an attempt at getting the car back into condition for putting back onto the track hopefully sometime soon.

I can supply some pictures on here is desired and if any specific pictures to help identify please let me know, I see on a post it requests a picture from the rear of the roll bar is this best for identification?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and also if someone would like to help provide a valuation for the car as this will help me for insurance purposes also.

Much appreciated,

Simon
