After two changeable races in Unzud... what does the form look like for Perth?

Presumably Mr Tander will get his eyes back on, pull out a setup from a few years ago and sledgehammer the field?

Or have the new cowpokes in Mr Kelly & Mr van Gisbergen grown another foot taller, and their seasons will open up for them?

And what of the House of 8's? Two pretty poor rounds in a row, the anger/hunger shall be focused on getting them back to their best too. You could imagine Uncle Roland squeezing the vice just that little bit tighter...

And FPR. Sorry. Hard not to do that, some of the strongest cars when they are fettled on song, plenty of budget... poor strategy decisions... cars not quite right all the time... drivers who struggle in traffic... nope...

i'm going for a fight between the house of 8's & Gee Tee. with Van Gis, FPR (of coarse sparing **** up's) & the Kelly Raing gang there or thereabouts.

I am saying that Fpr will get back on track and finish with both in the top ten. With Frosty with the win.

Throw Gt in, Lee, gis, Rick , and look for the 8's coming back.

Small track, not much room for error, hope the sand doesn't blow over.

I wish Frosty would grow a pair and have a crack for a change....great guy and gentleman racer doesnt get you race wins! Willy D was there for a bit on the weekend but maybe ran out of tyres??? still was great to see different blokes up there, hopefully perth will see more of the same.

Didn't Frosty get caught out by the changing qualifying conditions, as did others........shame about Sunday's incident, but not his fault. Still up there in the championship race........long way to go.

Network Seven has been forced to change its commentary line-up for this weekend’s Trading Post Perth Challenge at Barbagallo Raceway.
Due to regular caller Matt White playing a prominent role in Seven’s extensive coverage of the royal wedding, all-rounder Aaron Noonan will step into White’s chair for the weekend.

It seems strange to pick out Murph for being 15th, at least he advanced up the field after a poor quali effort.

To me it looks like the Kelly Racing cars really don't like Barbagallo (or the hard tyre?) since the whole team didn't do nearly as well as Hamilton. It'll be interesting to see how they perform tomorrow.

How was the Skaife comment "best on ground" for Reindler? Perhaps with the AFL rights being 7's big spend he is hedging his bets on a new commentary position with the ping pong.

Drive of the day....Giz hands down. drove through the field and probably only needed 10 more laps to get Jamie.
