Just think, all those cars will never be able to enjoy tailgating at 90mph up th M1, or cutting straight across the traffic on joining the motorway to reach the "Fast Lane"
My BMW usualy finds the best place to be is the inside lane because it's empty. The other two are full of CLOCs [Centre Lane Owners' Club] in Fords, Vauxhalls etc who have to prove they're fast by never going in the 'slow' lane (their term) despite the fact they're only doing 60mph, before trying to get over to the left 20 yards before the junction they want to get off at.

Sorry, did someone mention sterotypes

I knew there would be at least one among us!
When I commuted on the M1 form Harrow to my Luton workplace I always found it less stressful if not quicker just to sit in the first lane! There seem to be a lot of drivers who's cars are so uncomfortable that they have to drive as fast as possible so that they can be out of their cars as soon as possible!

woodyracing should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
mine's wierd in that it goes quieter above 80mph, so if I want to give my ears a rest I have to speed up
