GM10 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Leon Eurocup cars has been mainly divided between TCR Spain/Iberico and CER.

Well, that's rather.... scathing. If other drivers/teams think like that as well it might explain why the series has such a problem attracting entries while TCR is booming elsewhere.

I don't think the format is the problem. The problem is lack of interest from drivers, teams, car dealers/importers in the Netherlands, mostly due to financial reasons.

I think it's fair to criticise the Benelux series. No proper coverage of the races, hardly any cars on the grid (only 11 at the last round, including Clios) and a rather strange race format. I'm not a fan of car sharing.

Agree. Also you have 4 sprint races + 1 long race
And also qualy and practice.
That's like 4 race more then in other series, and big amount of money will be spent.

I agree about race coverage but without car sharing grids would be even smaller. And for a change to all other TCR series a longer race with driver change is nice.

Giacon leading the race but just for the end blown tire. He's lucky not to crash:

Pretty good German race just now. Cars have a bit of a habit of catching fire at Oschersleben, it seems.

Awful commentator though. "Josh Flies", "Josh Fleas", "Eberlel", "Start Straight Finish", and it was pretty obvious that he didn't recognise Markus Oestreich or Franz Engstler. Yet another Alex Jacques/Tom Gaymor that the sport doesn't need. Where do they find these people? I would much rather have listened to the German commentary.

Good races in Mugello for the Italian series.

Baldan took the leadership of the championship thanks to Scalvini's engine issues. Only 4 points between them with 6 races to go. First win for Kevin Giacon and Opel Astra, in race 1.

I really like TCR Italy this year. The drivers' level has grown consistently. It's a pity to haven't a second round in Adria before the European Trophy, there would have been a lot of drivers.

TCR China already exists, but I think a merge between CTCC and TCR will be necessary because they are stealing drivers each other at this moment.

I think all CTCC brands have TCR cars now as well? That should make the switch relatively easy.

would be a shame, CTCC introduced their current regulation like 1 or 2 season ago and the most of their cars look (imo) better than TCR cars.

Who did told you that? CTCC drivers are paid drivers. TCR drivers are paying to be drivers. Different stuff.

So Andy Yan is paid to run CTCC and pays to run TCR? Interesting, I didn't know that.

He is paid to race in CTCC and did a free to his mate at TCR.

I guess it's a national homologation, so technically not an official TCR car?

But is it like Lada homologation where TCR recognises it but doesn't officially set its bop or like CTCC at TCR Macau round where they remove it from all records? I would guess nearer to the latter as so far no mention of Senova on TCR homepage.
