Skaife is a great edition to the box. It's a treat to listen to someone so fresh out of the seat. It gives a different feel to the commentary.

She didn't try to make out she was a car racing fan. She said she knew nothing about it, but after meeting the Kellys, had decided to support them. Yes, it was a network promotion, but don't let your own misunderstandings give you the whatever-they-are.

I only caught about half the telecast over the weekend, but I actually enjoyed Skaifey's commentary. He didn't take himself too seriously, which I liked, but didn't act the idiot either.

That was probably one one of the best weekends of V8SCA on Ch7. In adding Skaife to Larko and others the mix is very impressive. Yes, get rid of cross promotions and it will be 1st class

yeah skaifey was great but baretta is a complete knob jockey who wouldnt know his arse from is elbow when it comes to racing. his pit reports are ****ing useless and he should be removed from further telecasts because he really is a waste of space.

LOL. I'm half way through the delayed broadcast here, but I've been enjoying the commentary. Lively, fun, informative, good banter between the crew, and I was thinking 'I wonder what Billy's making of this'! Actually, I didn't think the guy in pitlane was that bad, happy to join in the fun, and wasn't taking the thermal gun too seriously.
