Crossflow bore wear
Is it possible to bore a FF1600 block a little to compensate for wear or do you need to go straight to liners to keep it legal?

I think it depends on which series it is for. I may have it wrong but Classic FF's allow for overbore. Unless they've changed their spec recently. Historics are standard so liners may be needed unless it's just a bore clearout that will do the job.
