Doesn't matter Trev.

If they want they can race in the 3 round VMRC held at Winton and hopefully one day we can get Calder back on the calendar as well.

The vast majority of racers aren't playing for a championship they just want to race thier cars and don't care if it's CAMS or AASA.

Can't wait to get back to the track after a l-o-n-g off-season. Let's hope the weather gods smile kindly on us.

Has anyone seen an entry list?

The only one I've seen was fairly early but very, very disappointing from some classes. According to Andrew Sill on on Pit Lane on Tuesday they have a pretty good entry for FFord.

Has this been ratified by the Victorians , or does it require the vic's again having a meeting with CAMS . Seems the world of motosport in Aust revolves around Brighton and this:

Members and clubs would be aware that the CAMS Board has convened a Task Force to consider and resolve a range of issues raised within Victoria.

The Task Force is just another White Wash but as Trev said that's for another thread to discuss if anyone can be bothered starting one.

Yes but you've only got two tracks and one (Wakefield) is a AASA "Track".

You've got QR & Morgan Park to play at though.

Here in Victoria we've got 4 tracks (3 active) so the VSCRC could run at 3 or 4 tracks if the politics ever gets sorted out.

Calder doesn't really count does it? How much work is needed to bring it up to scratch to run any sort of serious race meeting on it?

There is also Lakeside... but as in VIC, no CAMS associated series are welcome at QR or Lakeside (except V8SC) so the QLD CAMS state championship is 4 rounds, all at Morgan Park.... Ridiculous
