Marshals request for support

Good luck with that! The RNLI is a damned good recipient of our donations. I scuba dived for years, and although I never needed them the knowledge that they're ready for anything is a massive reassurance when you're offshore.

thanks for the support guys and girls i completed 22 miles today but am in a lot of pain now so going to call it quits i am p[leased with 22 miles at least i achieved something
