Only a week away until the largest meeting in the CC year..

News is that Mr Howell is returning in his mini, and also debuting his Monoposto car.. should be interesting.

Loads of displays off track also...

But also, Bob Light's car (road version), was tested in Autocar this week, and they reckon its the quickest cat they've ever driven - quicker than a McLaren!!!!

I shall be there for one, but unfortunetly it clashes with a rather good meeting at Thruxton - sorry Peter.

Also - Rick..

I think that I'll be marshalling on the start line sometime next weekend, hopefully for Sunday.. So I'll come over and give the Pug a kick! Don't be down the back end of the grid, as it's a long walk... Cheers!!

Sure we're allowed to mention this meeting and this circuit in particular?

Going to be awesome, is it not. Lee has just informed me it's two days - didn't know that. Hopefully I can be there for both.

Interesting that JH might be there - maybe someone can ask what he's been doing (if he hasn't been at the Monoposto races).

Should be a fantastic weekend.. just hope the weather is good, due to the prospect of staying in a tent and driving up in the Midget!!

Off to Cadwell this afternoon - our annual two day 750MC meeting.. Lots of Irish guys in their Formula Vees tomorrow, could be entertaining me thinks...

(Rick, at least your car doesn't keep breaking down..)

Lee, Are you out there? Is something wrong?
There's a Combe topic here...

On a more serious note, I am looking forward to the meeting and hope to be there for both days, before going home to watch the final of Euro 2000. It looks like it's going to be a great weekend, with plenty happening both on and off the track. I'll see you all there.

3 days to go!!!

And the good news is: it's going to rain!!!! Just what everyone needs... Espcially us marshals!

So who shall be attending this event?? Rick I presume, Lee, Graham... any others??

I'll be there for both days, got a B&B just down the road, so plenty of Wiltshire Ales can be consumed as well...

So what went on at Combe today then? If I'm there tomorrow, what do I look out for? Any really cool cars I should snap?

What raced today and what's tomorrow?

Sssshh, don't talk about it too load.....

Brilient, brilient day yesterday, really good.
Today (sunday) should be a lot better.
All cars were good, and I got fastest time of the day at the Westway F1 sim
I win a prize. I challenge anyone to beat my 3:30s, the clostest to me at the end of the day was a 3:36s, set by Proton racer Doug Ross, he must be used to speed
