I don't believe any of the Esperante GTR-1s were modified into LMP-1 Roadster-Ss.

Here's the history I have for the LMP-1 Roadster-Ss:
#01
* Panoz Motor Sport (ALMS 1999)
* Team Dragon (Le Mans 2000)
* Team Den Bla Avis (FIA SCC 2000)
* Lanesra (ELMS 2001)
* Gunnar Racing (Sebring 2002)

#002
* Panoz Motor Sports (ALMS 1999)
* Team Den Bla Avis (FIA SCC 2000)

#003
* J&P Motorsports (Petit 1999)
* DAMS (Camera car at Le Mans 2002)

#004
* Panoz Motorsports (ALMS 2000)
* Westward Racing (Donington 2001)

#005 - upgraded to LMP01 Evo in 2002
* Panoz Motorsports (ALMS 2000-2002)
* JML (ALMS 2003)

#006
* Team Dragon (Le Mans 2000)

#007 - built as LMP01 Evo
* Panoz Motor Sport (ALMS 2002)

#008 - built as LMP01 Evo
* Panoz Motor Sport (ALMS 2002)
* JML (ALMS 2003)

Esperante GTR-1s seem to be more troublesome...

#001
* Homologation road car

#002
* Panoz (IMSA 1997)

#003
* David Price (FIA GT 1997)
* Converted to LMGTP
* JML (Le Mans 1000km, 2003)
* Larbre (Sebring, LMES, Le Mans 2004)

#004
* David Price (FIA GT 1997)
* Panoz (Sebring 1999)

#005
* DAMS (FIA GT 1997)
* Destroyed in fire at Suzuka, replaced by #006

#006
* DAMS (FIA GT 1997)
* Panoz (Le Mans, 1998)

#007
* Panoz (IMSA 1997, Le Mans 1998)

#8
* Panoz (IMSA & USRRC 1998, Sebring 1999)

#Q9 - The electric hybrid
* DAMS (Le Mans Qualifying, 1998)
* Panoz (Petit Le Mans, 1998)

Two GTR-1s ran IMSA and USRRC together in 1998, one of which is #8, but I do not know the chassis number of the second car. My guess is either #004 or #007.

DAMS also ran a single car in FIA GT in 1998, but once again I do not know the chassis number, although I assume it's #006.

And as for LMP07s, there were a mere three.

#001 and #002 were used by Panoz in 2002.
#002 and #003 were used by MBD (Multimatic) with the Mugen engines in 2003.

i doubt a little bit, just because that's make 20 panoz !
Where are they now ?

01 is here : http://962.com/other_racing_cars/index.htm where they said :
1999 Panoz LMP-1 Chassis 01
Winner of the 1999 ALMS/IMSA Team and Manufacturer's Championships
Winner of the 1999 Petit LeMans
Five-time LeMans 24 Hours competitor (twice as coupe, three times as a spyder)

The last Batmobile was in Le Mans in LM GTP category entered by Larbre and i remembered that a man from the team told me that it was an open seater car with a roof body...

It seems odd that an Esperante GTR-1 could be modified into an LMP-1 Roadster-S. Anyone else know for sure if that is what actually happened?
