kickstart should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

French classic F3

I am thinking about doing the French classic F3 championship next year and possibly competing in the last round this year to get a feel for it.
Has anyone competed in this championship or know anything about it, beyond what is on the website.
Any info, advice,pointers or indications as to likely/realistic budgets gladly received.
