Recommended Set-Up

My friend has a 1991 Mazda 323 4x4 which I have agreed to fit some K-Sport coilovers to.

The standard suspension is fully adjustable. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in setting a car up like this for fast road use.

I have got a couple of ideas-hoping for the addition of some experience.

There is a section there dedicated to 323's (same chassis)

I didn't think the castor was adjustable, IMO this is the most important thing you can add to any FWD based 4WD.

Other wise, most of it is personal, especially for a road car... do you want a new set of tyres every couple of '000 km, for instance.

Front
Camber 1 neg
Castor as much as you can get (I think all 4WD have power steering)
Toe 2mm out

Rear
Camber 0.5 Neg
Toe 2mm toe in

That is a place to start, then watch the wear and see how it feels
If you want to really haul, you will be looking at more like 3 on the front, 1.5 on the back and an extra 2mm on either toe.
