Risi are installing a new suspension system , to help cope with the bumpy surface at Sebring . looks like tyre changes might be a bit of a problem !!!

Indeed, it seems Risi is having the same problems as last year when they WON, remember? A big beer it is Mr. Badger and I'm disappointed...are you celebrating a Porsche "provisional pole" after free practice???? You guys have hit an all-time low.... next time you will celebrate testing times!!!!

Yes, but if one of the Porsches takes pole in this manner, it still won't tell us who has the faster car. This can only be shown in a real qualifying session, or in the race. Practice is just practice and the times really don't matter at all, especially this early in the season.

That being said, I don't think the Ferrari can be beaten by the Porsches on pace alone. Mainly because the Porsche teams simply haven't been good enough since PWL left Porsche.

New ferrari's radical carbon weave has Porsche stunned!

Apparently, wool is the way when you're not gonna win anyway.

A Ferrari spokesmen said "though the logistics of the Lego F1 were questionable, we believe the wool Ferrari really can succeed in the ALMS- we have not underestimated the new Porsche."

Rubbish ..... the Lizards are just as good as PWL was !!! Its just that Ferrari got their car working better .

Do you think that Porsche sat in Zuffenhausen over the winter doing nothing at all , but twiddling with it ?

2nd in last years championship for a start . Almost a win at Sebring , just lost at the last corner .

PWL didnt exactly set the track on fire last year , now did they ? Sad to say !!!

I have every confidence that this year the Lizards will raise a few eyebrows . Part of their problem was their driver squad , but now that they have a car for the "gentlemen" drivers , they can have the other 2 crewed with factory supported drivers which will make a huge differance .

OK, so the Lizards finished 2nd in the championship, and ALMOST won Sebring. The last time I checked PWL had won the championship twice, Le Mans twice, Petit Le Mans twice, Sebring once, Daytona 24 once (back when it was interesting, along with the fact that they finished 2nd overall in a GT car). And I suppose that I could also mention the fact that they have more wins, poles and podiums than the Lizards. Shall I continue?

Ok ..... I accept your point .

But , one point you are wrong in . PWL won Le Mans only once . One of the wins was a Petersen car but was run by Alex Job , or not ?

That's a difficult one to call. The entry belonged to Alex Job along with about half of the crew, and I'm sure that the drivers they had were a result of the partnership with AJR. On the other hand Dale White from PWL handled the strategy, the crew was about half PWL and the car belonged to and was prepped by PWL. I would say that it was an equal effort from both teams.
