Slippy Diff should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Yep, there is a campsite at the back of the track. As you head along the seafront to the circuit you will come to an island where you turn right to the circuit, there is a large posh hotel here on the right, I think it is something like the Palace Hotel, they will do a cheap deal on the Sunday night if you are stopping over. Go straight over the island and the campsite is on your right, there is a drop down barrier at the entrance. It has all the facilities and is perfectly OK. They also have little wooden huts with bunkbeds in and a small gas stove which you can rent. Just one suggestion though, get to the circuit early on race day as the roads clog up. I had to drive down the wrong side of the road and go round the roundabout the wrong way one year to make it into the circuit on time. I have been there when competitors have abandoned their cars outside the circuit and had to run in. There really is not anywhere decent inside the circuit to camp so don't bother.
For a good scoff, head into town down the seafront, round the left right bit of road (there is a sort of surfey bar in front of you here) and you will see an Italian restaurant on a raised area to your right, can't remember the name but it is excellent. If you get to the casino on your right you have gone past it. One tip though, book a table as it gets very busy. The other alternative is to get the train into Amsterdam. It is fairly cheap and only takes about 30 minutes or so. As for bars in Zandvoort town, there is plenty and they are all pretty good. There is also the odd 'coffee house' if that is your thing, but I wouldn't know!!! All in all Zandvoort is a great place to hold a race meeting, great track, enthusiastic public and the organisers tend to look after the drivers. I was on the podium last time I was there!!!!

It's a while since I was there, but I remember the bars and restaurants in town being pretty decent. If you don't want to drive it's trainable from Haarlem or Amsterdam and beyond (change in Haarlem) very easily - see http://www.ns.nl .
