Congratulations! Mentions to Daisy (TT) and runshaw (TT) who did their return to the Competition, specially Daisy who had a nice score. knowlesy (TT) now is the sole leader on individuals; the other champs stays as ever but, on the forum championship, now there are two forums with more than 1,000 points. Observations: - On race 1, two users put twice a driver on their predictions: melendi (TH) (put Viso 4th and 7th) and Sephirot1 (TT) (put Pantano 4th and 7th). These parts of their predictions weren't validated then. - Chrisss, on his race 1 predictions, put López twice (both 2nd and 4th) and Maldonado, a WSR driver not competing in GP2, as 8th. These parts of his predictions weren't validated. - Tony Casta (LA) has sent his predictions after deadline, so they weren't valid for this round. Users can revise the accuracy of their predictions with more detail at this direction: http://perso.wanadoo.es/gp2twpc/2006GP2TWPC.zip And now, GP2 Series does a short summer break before taking the Orient Express. We'll see again for the 10th Round of GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition for the next GP2 weekend at Istanbul, Turkey, next August 26th and 27th. See you then! Mekola, thanks for doing all this so quickly! How do you find the time??!!
Knowlesy's making a bit of a break and might be difficult to catch now! I had a reasonable haul - 10 pts or so not bad although the second race was a bit of a free for all and anything could've happened behind the dominant Nelsinho! Bring on Istanbul Park. |

Coming fast? You have dropped a point behind mate!
I'm not confident with you on my tail, but it should still be exciting stuff! |

Anyone notice a trend in the scores of the people who wait almost until the last moment to post their predictions as opposed to the people who post theirs sooner? I think I will wait a while next time until I post my prediction, will be interesting to see if my score is higher. Still, im just about staying in touch with the leaders, one slip Dani or Knowlesly and I'll be there to pick up the pieces. I promise.

Still 28 points from 3 rounds isn't bad. Pro-rata, I could be on 84 and chasing you big hitters! |
