John Greenwood has died

John Greenwood, US Corvette builder and racer died, July 7, 2015. He twice won the SCCA A Production championship, and was the 1975 SCCA Trans Am Champion. Took BF Goodrich to LeMans on his Corvettes. Developed a line of wide-body Corvettes in IMSA. He was 70 years old.

I knew his work because Hot Wheels brand made, in the last years, miniatures of his '76 Corvette in its 1/64 diecasts. Rest in peace.

'Enjoyed John and his monsters thundering around Daytona and Sebring. He ran on Goodyear tires, not Goodrich.
