Nigel Atherstone should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Mille Miglia

I am hoping to obtain an entry to participate in the 2020 Mille Miglia, with my 1951 Jaguar XK120.
Does anybody have any knowledge of obtaining an ACI Sport Licence?
Do I require a Competition Licence?
Any other useful information in submitting an entry, will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Good question! Looking on the MM website I found a ‘live chat’ button. Reckon might be a place to start, as searching for ‘obtain ACI licence’ wasn’t immediately useful.....

Let us know if you get anywhere.

Originally the MM required a race license, which was a bit of a joke, considering that it is an untimed road rallye and not a race

Last time that I did it (2014) a road drivers license was enough.

You need an FIVA card for the car, otherwise you wont get in.
Getting in 2020, asking this kind of questions at this point in time....
well, give it a go in 2020, but really try for 2021

If you do get in:
buy two cheap large digital tea timers
and understand how to use them in the time time trials
cooperation between driver and codriver is essential
We were 70th out of 350 odd entries after the first day
in a 1920ies car with non operative speedometer
just using the tea timers and beeing good at mental arithmetics
it is much more fun to do the event, if You know what to do in the time trials
