Barron racing, what happened?

What happened to barron racing, John Bosch's team who prepared the 312T3 he was driving in TGP a few years ago?

Their Website's gone and I haven't heard a thing from John Bosch for a while here in holland he used to have a few outings in his F1 ferraris at the marlboro masters on zandvoort.

If I remember well last year he took part in the Ferrari Challenge.

Apparently he has some dispute about the ownership of all the cars with his mother (step-mother?).
I think his father died and the cars are now owned by his mother who apparently doesn't want him to have/use them.

Last news is from 2006. If the story above is true it's probably clear why he hasn't raced this year.
