James Weaver did initial shake down runs at Monza over the last few days and the car ran reliably.
A few names associated with Richard Lloyd's apex motorsport team campaigning the Bentley EXP Speed 8 include Andy Wallace, Stephane Ortelli and Johnny Mowlem. |

I read in a magazine that ex F1 star Johnny Herbert has been mentioned for a possible drive with this team

As long as his legs can hold up to it, I think he is an excellent choice for LeMans. He already has a win with the Mazda 87B car some years ago and his racing experience is easy to cite.

Richard LLoyd's Apex Motorsport also did the Audi R8C Coupe that ran unsuccessfully at leMans a few years ago. Obviously Mr. LLoyd is working on a similar theme.

that car is to enter the new "Pregnant roller skate" class..
yukky in my view..allthough some of the lines are very nice the way the cockpit has been designed very aerodynamiclly really looks awfull..but I guess it will prove good on the long straights at le man. also this looks like an artists impression to me ..and they usually differ a fair bit to the final product. |
