Hi from Russia !
I'm sorry, but I speak English a little. I have a litle problem, I can't find info about russian racer Vladimir Makarov. He was in russian team in European Rallycross Championship 1991-1993 on Renualt 21 turbo and win in it. The team's name was NOVOIL , maybe? He was racing in France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain ! Vladimir Makarov supported team "Novoil" in 1991-1993? Rallycross,autocross? Still a photo, where he was on Renault-21 (4x4, turbo, 510 kW),

Vladimir Makarov on the first place! Against ÃŒÃ*êÃ*ðîâÃ* also competed Rolf Volland. In the first photo at machine Audi S2 900 ñð (650 kW), at Renault 21 700 ch (510 kW).
