Well after a few of years (3 I think) of rumours of an Alfa return to the BTCC, we finally see them, well fingers crossed.
But what happened to V.W. I think its been a couple of years now that I've heard of a ST Bora return, well can we see a SP+ Bora, or Golf maybe in 2001? I hope so! |

It doesn't seem to make sense to me for V.W. to go racing with touringcars since SEAT is the/wants to be the Alfa of VAG. If VAG is going to race in the BTCC (or any other class) I think it will be with SEAT.

Last I recall, VW Uk believed they got more "return" and appeal racing in the WRC and Brit rally series than having a BTCC team.
However, it seems VW is now selling customer versions of the Bora for GrpN racing though. |
