Now that Johnny H is leaving who should be the next to leave? Irvine? Alesi? Diniz?
I personally think it should be Alesi. I feel he is getting on and is taking up a seat for some young genius! DC |

Alesi is too genius to seat at Prost or Jaguar. He can win Le Man. It's better to be first in other series then spin off in F1.

jean a. was almost the first to leave. thanks to pedro
pedro really must go. whatever foul tactics m.s. uses (in slow speed turns). doesn't compare with the pedro. dinitz should be pushing shopping carts, not driving f1 beasts. |

Jean Alesi has had the bad luck of choosing the wrong cars in his career.
Just give the man a good car and you'll be amazed at what he can still do. |

The next to leave should be:
BERNIE ECCLESTONE!!!!!!!! Followed closely by Max. Then Ron Dennis, Jean Todt and Flavio, arm in arm. |

I think it should be Caroline
Oh, sorry, wrong forum. It's looking increasingly worrying for Marc Gene though. At least Diniz has the money to buy a drive, and Wurz is safe with Toyota to fall back on. Gene has neither of those. |

I too fear Gene might be out, just because of the Minardi/PSN deal. It would be a shame because Gene has proved himself to be not only far better than Mazzacane, but also a great driver in his own right. He deserves to stay in F1. Wurz and Diniz do not.

Agreement!
Perhaps Sauber ought to look to Gene as a replacement for Diniz...?

Diniz should be next but his daddy owns the Parmalat franchise for South America so he can always bring money to a team.I fear F1 will endure him for a season or two.

Gene should definatly get the seat RG but Diniz pays for his drive.

But it seems that Sauber are displeased with Pedro. Maybe he'll have to up the amount he pays for the drive in order to keep it...?
But then, if Salo goes to Toyota, then there's still a seat spare for Gene. |

Thank goodness...
If this comes true, then my start-of-season prediction will be right. I said that Gene would drive for Sauber in 2001... DAMN YOU MARZIPAN! |

Well, it depends on whether Sauber want Gene to pay for his drive (since I have been informed that Minardi are paying Gene). Seeing as they still seem to be a team further down the grid than they would have liked, they may want a boost in their funds. I think if Marc can't give that to them, they'll go elsewhere.
