I once told, be have a chance to making it into F1 from F3000, you have to win rookie on your first year, then win the championship on your second.

So expect Liuzzi to test F1 next year!

Liuzzi's 6th win from 7

Liuzzi wins Hockenheim with Toccacelo again 2nd:
http://www.formula-3000.net/2004_07_r_01.php

Championship after 7/10 races:
1) Liuzzi 60pts
2) Toccacelo 50

Worth noting that under the old 10-6-4-3-2-1 points system VL would have a 20pt lead rather than the 10pt lead he has now. He can nevertheless win the title in Hungary but only by winning with Toccacelo out of the points, and what are the odds that if VL won Hungary it would again be with ET finishing 2nd?

Well done once again to Mr Liuzzi.

He really is a class act.

He's got a big future ahead.

I think what is worrying about the new points system is if Liuzzi were to none score in the next race and Toccacelo win, then they would be level on points.

Has any F1 team shown any interest in Liuzzi?

Yes: According to rumours, Sauber has interest on him and Red Bull can place Vitantonio at Jaguar at Klien's place.

I think that was the joint test with Pantano, and Liuzzi was generally considered to be more impressive than Pantano despite Pantano having driven a McLaren and Benetton before.
