Yes, Mazzacane has qualified again to the Gold Cup (playoffs). This was his third podium in TC.

By the way, I just learned that Peugeot left the Stock Car Brasil this season, so all cars are Chevrolet Cruze.

The race start got delayed for rain.

In Uruguay, TyC Sports has not aired a single minute of the event.

Happy for the Ford team.

Shame there were so many yellow flags.

From a branding perspective, yes indeed.

In Argentina there's lots of diehard Ford or Chevrolet fans, same as in football.

Better get used to those races at Buenos Aires before F1 potentially ruins it

o- Carlos Okulovich / Josť Manuel Urcera (Ford)
o- Facundo Chapur / Pablo Piumetto (Peugeot)
o- Christian Ledesma / Matias Machuca (CitroŽn)
o- Ernesto Bessone / Juan Pablo Bessone (Toyota)
o- Leonel PernŪa / Mariano PernŪa (Honda)
o- Leonel Larrauri / Facundo Ardusso (Honda)
o- Luciano Ventricelli / Juan Marcos Angelini (Volkswagen)
o- MatŪas Cohen / Martin Basso (Mitsubishi)

There are three generations of Ernesto Bessone, born in 1923, 1958 and 1982.

I can't confirm it, but I think that the grandson isn't racing anymore, and this is the son.

Do you mean race wins or championships?

There are multiple drivers with race wins in TC, TC2000, TR and TN.

About championships, Ernesto Bessone II won titles at those four, plus the Supercart and Club Argentino de Pilotos.

Cocho Lůpez (father of Cochito) won the TC2000, TN, Formula 2 and Club Argentino de Pilotos, plus he was runner-up in the South American Supertouring Championship.

Luis Rubťn di Palma won the TC, TC 2000, Formula 1 Argentina, Sport Prototipo and Supercart.

Renť Zanatta won Turismo Nacional and multiple road motorcycling championships.
