Be gentle with me. Elaines doing an hour session on Radio/Telephones and I'm her assistant. Trouble is the night before it's the BRDC MC Dinner/Dance and I might have a 'thick head'!

I'll be there for this one, Looking for some Pit Lane training.

On a similar subject, the new BARC registrations and volunteering system is quite nifty, Used it to put my name down for this one.

Be gentle with the newbies!!!

Hi everyone,

Siobhan and I are really looking forward to it, I think we have the basic bits apart from probans which were going to order through the club. What topics are being covered on the day?

Regards
Mark/Siobhan

Has become my annual training day. Will there be Basic 1st aid ? I am looking for Incident with basic 1st Aid and PFT to grade from track to experinced track. I already have the Flags/Observer training sig from Mallory last year.

I'll have a spare pair of ''probans'' with me on Sunday. So if you are about 6ft and slim, you're welcome to borrow them for the day.

We've got behind with all the training stuff because we've been sorting out the central heating (2 weeks with none - brrrr), and I'm using the trick of having the house in a tip as an excuse to have my mum & dad to visit (ie good excuse for state it is in) - which is 1st Feb as my Dad's birthday.

So we do apologise for missing the Dave & Elaine "Telephone Show".

As it is may first post here I want to say "hello!"

And now question: Had anyone received tickets for Mallory training yet? As I remember there were tickets last year? This year I registered with new on-line system and haven't heard anything yet.

Hello & welcome to 10/10ths.

No tickets, just a confirmation letter with signon times (8:30, prompt start at 9:00). There's also a slip to return if you want lunch but you can just drop Becci an email at BARC & she'll add you to the list.

Anyone know if the cafe will be putting on breakfast? I'll have a spare set of probans available for a slim just under 6ft person if needs be.

Sadly won't be joining you this year folks...... will be recovering from a knee operation the day before !!!!!!! Hope it does the trick, so I can be a 'new woman' this year and clamber over tyre walls with renewed confidence. Have a good time at Mallory

Whoo hoo, had a shift change so now i have the weekend off! I've spoken to Becci this afternoon and am all signed up for the training on Sunday. And since its a special occasion i think i'm going to get the toy car out (especially as petrol is so cheap at the moment!).

See you there!
