Try the trackside forum - there's usually a lot of discussion about trips there.

Yep, I will be there both days. It will be nice to see the touring cars again it seems a long time since Oulton Park. I am sure that one or two other 10/10ths member will be there.

We were going to go but the Spa 24 Hours is the week after so its looking doubtful now

I'll have to wait until Donington now I think to see the guys in action again.

I'll be there marshalling, hopefully somewhere around Clervaux to catch all the action, but any corner at Croft is good to marshal at.

Hope to see a bumper crowd, and some good weather.

Enjoy it those that come, well worth the trip.

Al.

Been going to croft for the past two years now, but have decided to sacrifice this years journey in favour of my home race this year - would be a bit skint otherwise - 2 events in 2 weeks.

One marshals' post I would not like to be in is that to the right of the track as it turns left into the 'complex' at the end of the lap (the corner after Sunny Out). That does not look like fun.

Question about payment at the gate: Do they take Switch or Visa? Just so I know!

Also is anything going on before saturday? I like to pop up on a saturday and get a few photos when it is quiet but am busy this year. I presume nothing is happening on the saturday?

I will be there, this will be my 3rd visit to Croft and I can't wait, the gap from Mondello to now has been a long one.
Phoenix1 not sure about payment, may be worth a call to the circuit. Regarding Saturday there will be plenty to see as it's warm up and qualifying for the BTCC and qualifying for all the support races, I ahven't seen a timetable yet but there are normally 2 races on the Saturday afternoon the Porsches and then either the Clio's or Formaula Renault.
There will be testing on Friday and maybe Thursday as well.

Just a quick question, does anyone else know whether the ticket prices have increased this year for croft, i'm sure last year it was about £15, why £22 this year eh?! Still undecided whether to go or not, seems expensive to me, plus i'm off to the Spa 24 hours the following weekend.

175MPH should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
As far as post 16 is concerned (Jonny Apex) if you get the chance go for it, ok so it has been demolished a few times, an Alfa Romeo & an E Type spring to mind, but it is a good spot to watch from, I remember seeing an F Renault flying into a Helecopter at sunny from that spot.
Phoenix there is practice on Thurs & Fri as well as a full day on Saturday, As for the price I don't know but its cheaper than the £40+ at Donington for the Moto GP.
