AMOC At Brands 1/5/06

Hi all,
Just a note to say a huge thank you to AMOC for giving all the marshalls £5 and a nice new black and orange bag with the AMOC badge embroided on with Marshal embroided underneath. A nice gift and the trainee I took with me to Brands was well chuffed at this. Good racing too.
See you all at Snett on June the 3rd.
Richard Sneader.

Once again it's one of the smaller clubs that make a nice gesture that the marshals appreciate.

WELL DONE AMOC!!!

Hear Hear! AMOC certainly showed up the larger clubs! A Lady Godiva, Bag, raffle AND a chance to see several Astons! I may never get over it!

And they ran the meeting very well as well. Pretty much all sessions/races started on time or even ahead of time. Were it not for the accident at the start of the last race (might be my fault - still had 2 pork pies lurking with intent in my bag on post 1), I reckon we may have gotten away early even.

As said above, £5 and new bag much appreciated. Certainly the sort of meeting that makes you want to marshal for them again.

And if Kevin reads this, apologies for my attrocious blue flagging in front of the judges/race control I've still got a bit to learn!
