No surprises for me. Webber fits perfectly in RBR's management style. It's a win-win situation.

Neither STR drivers have done anywhere near enough to get the RBR seat.

I'd say their not doing a bad job considering the non-competitive cars they're racing in.

Disco Dan has had some great quali performance showing he can string together a quick lap. Vergne has not been strong in quali but showed good race craft and pace often jumping Dan who seems to get lost at sea during races...be it strategy or just lack of pace. Well that's the impression you get watching the box and live timing

LOL, take the best of both drivers and you would have a very promising talent Question is who is going to improve their weak points first?

STR don't seem to have anything that's much better than they had last season.

Agreed on STR. They really seem to be in the same positions they were last year with Alguabuemi as the driving tandem.

If Webber does manage to win the WDC this season (and the way it is going, how can one rule him out?) does he retire after 2013? Does he retire after 2013 if he does not win the WDC this season?

Well, according to this link Mark's looking beyond 2013.

He states that part of the decision to stay is this years title bid (sensible choice really), and maybe if he lands a WDC (or even if he doesn't) he still leaves himself with a chance of a final season with Ferrari? (and who would blame him?)

Certainly Mark has kept himself in top condition (barring any unpleasant balance failures on bicycles) and he has shown he still has the speed. No reason that he could not show well for a top team even into his late 30's...

RBR has team mates for 2013, that's "for sure".
