That's kinda the reason why I posted the question. A friend and I were debating it a while ago and thought it would be appropriate to ask here on 10-10ths since one of the main reasons for this site is debate and to express one's views and opinions.

(Also my friend and I were discussing about hosting the Aussie GP at Mount Panorama and debating the pros and cons)
